ACCOMMODATIONS
Cottages available May 6 th thru ????? Call
Next year's reservations accepted without deposit until January
1st
after the 1st your paid deposit will confirm your cottage.
Guests of guests must check-in at the office. We reserve the
right to limit the number
of guests. There is an additional fee of each overnight guest.
**Extra charge for additional guests $8.00 per
night / $45.00 per week, per person.
Check-in time is 2 pm.,
Check-out time is 9 am.
( more flexible hours may be allowed off season )
DEPOSITS
Per Week $ 150.00
Daily $ - 1/2 of the total
REFUND POLICY
With a 30 day or more notice, 1/2 of your deposit applied toward
your next rental
(with-in one year) the remaining 1/2 will be refunded.
Less than 30 day notice - NO REFUND - unless we are able to
re-rent the unit.
SORRY - NO PETS
(we love and have pets of our own, we just cannot
accommodate them)

Guests of the resort are responsible for any damage to the resort
or any equipment used by the guests,
and will be charged accordingly.
