Accommodations
Cottages available May 1st thru October 15th
Next year's reservations accepted without deposit until January
1st
after the 1st your paid deposit will confirm your cottage.
Guests of guests must check-in at the office. We reserve the
right to limit the number
of these guests. There is an additional fee of each overnight
guest of guests,
beyond the normally allowed number.
Check-in time is 2 pm.,
Check-out time is 9 am.
(more flexible hours may be allowed off season)
DEPOSITS
Per Week $ 150.00
Daily $ - 1/2 of the total
Discounted Off-season Rate
(May thru 1st. week of June and from September 6th thru October)
Save $25.00 of the weekly rate
REFUND POLICY
30 day or more notice, 1/2 of your deposit applied toward your
next rental
(with-in one year) the remaining 1/2 will be refunded.
Less than 30 day notice - NO REFUND - unless we are able to
re-rent the unit.
SORRY - NO PETS
(we love and have pets of our own, we just cannot
accommodate them)
RENTALS : Boats $10.00/day ~

Motors:
6hp $28.00/day ~ $125.00/week
9.5hp $35.00/day ~ $160.00/week(gas is an extra fee)
Paddle-boats $10.00/day ~ $30.00/week
LIFE PRESERVERS : Are required by law. We supply most sizes, call if you're unsure of yours.

Above rates do not include taxes.
ALL COTTAGE RENTALS INCLUDE : A
BOAT, A PICNIC TABLE & KETTLE TYPE GRILL.
Guests of the resort are responsible for any damage to the resort
or any equipment used by the guests and will be charged
accordingly.
